The founder of Veracity Solutions Group brings more than two decades of frontline law enforcement experience, military service, and executive-level public safety leadership to every client engagement. After serving with distinction in the United States Air Force Security Forces from 2001 to 2005, the path led into law enforcement: a career spanning over 20 years encompassing patrol operations, investigations, crisis response, and command-level leadership. Chief Sereno's career has been defined by a commitment to professional excellence and a relentless focus on organizational preparedness. He has led agencies through accreditation processes, developed department-wide crisis communication protocols, and built threat assessment programs from the ground up.
